In the rare case that your product is defective or needs repair, we do so at no charge as long as your product is within the warranty period. To request for a return, fill out the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form, and one of our customer service representatives will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.
Our LED fixtures are tested and/or inspected prior to being packed for shipment and are guaranteed for a period of five years from date of shipment (See LED Warranty Policy for specifics). Non-LED products are guaranteed for a period of one year.
